Terms of use

Version 2026-10-15.2 · 15 October 2026

Archived version: 2026-10-15.2

These terms are an agreement between you and Roy Malka, an individual in Israel ("we") about using the Loop app. You accept them, together with the community rules, when you affirmatively agree in the app, including when applying or accepting an updated version. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who can join

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone. Keep your phone and the codes to yourself; take reasonable steps to protect access to your account. You are responsible for your own actions; responsibility for unauthorised use is determined by applicable law. Do not let anyone else use it. If you lose your phone number, write to us.

3. How Loop works

4. Your content

Your photos, questions and comments stay yours. You give Loop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence only as needed to operate the service: store and process your content, resize and re-encode photos, show open posts to approved members, show you closed-post results, and allow moderation and support when needed. Service providers may handle content for these purposes. This is not a licence to sell your photos or use them in advertising.

The licence ends when your content or account is deleted, except for processing necessary to complete deletion and for limited records lawfully retained for safety, disputes or legal obligations, as the privacy policy explains. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to post the content. Share photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to share with the agreement of everyone shown. Do not post anyone under 18.

5. Other members' content

What members post is private to approved members. You may not save, screenshot, record, copy or share another member's photos, questions or comments outside Loop, or try to find out who she is. Doing so is grounds for a ban. This rule does not prevent a lawful report to Loop, a competent authority or a legal adviser, or preserving evidence when legally permitted and necessary; limit any disclosure to what is needed.

6. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members

Loop does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive members. This includes:

We remove content that breaks these terms or the community rules, and we may suspend or ban the member who posted it, without warning.

7. Reporting and blocking

You can report any post, comment or member from the app, with a reason. A moderator reviews every report, and we prioritise the most serious reports. Response times depend on urgency and the applicable legal requirements. We do not ordinarily disclose the reporter’s identity to the reported member. Disclosure may be required by law or necessary for a lawful process; we share only what is appropriate in the circumstances. You can also block a member: you will no longer see each other's posts or comments, and neither of you can open, vote on or comment on the other's posts.

8. Moderation

Moderators can remove posts and comments, pause membership for a set time or ban a member. We consider the rule involved, severity, harm and relevant history. Urgent action may occur before notice where needed for safety or law. We record the decision and give the affected member an explanation where appropriate and legally required, subject to lawful limits protecting people or investigations.

If an admission, removal, restriction or other decision is wrong, contact support@myloop.club with the decision or content reference and why you disagree. A person will review the request; you do not need to accept new Terms or have an active account to contact support. This does not restrict any complaint or remedy available under applicable law.

9. Ending your membership

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email (see Delete your account). We may suspend or end your membership if you break these terms or the community rules, or if we need to for legal or safety reasons. A banned member may not open a new account or apply again with the same phone number; to enforce this we keep a one-way code of that number, as the privacy policy describes. We may end the pilot or the service; if we do, we will tell members in advance where we can.

10. The service as it is

Loop is currently free. Feedback is other members’ opinion, not professional advice. We do not guarantee a particular number of votes or comments, uninterrupted availability or that technical protections prevent all copying. We are responsible for the service to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer remedies, liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where that liability cannot be limited. Any mandatory rights concerning digital services, cancellation, conformity or remedies remain available where applicable, even though no fee is charged.

11. Your responsibility

You must use Loop lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You are responsible for your own unlawful conduct or breach to the extent provided by applicable law. These Terms do not require you to reimburse Loop for our own fault or waive a defence or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each update has a version identifier and date. We give in-app notice before a significant change takes effect and request renewed acceptance where required. The updated terms do not retroactively change an earlier accepted version. If you do not accept, you can stop using Loop, contact support and delete your account. Published versions are available in the version archive.

13. Law and courts

Israeli law governs these Terms, except that this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply, including the law of your habitual residence where consumer rules so provide. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes; these Terms do not make Israeli courts the exclusive forum or take away a right to bring or defend a claim in your home courts.

Nothing here requires arbitration, waives participation in a collective or class proceeding where available, or limits access to a regulator or other mandatory dispute-resolution route. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms.

15. Requests from members and nonmembers

Anyone can report privacy violations, illegal content, copyright infringement or nonconsensual intimate images, including manipulated images, without joining Loop. Email support@myloop.club. The support page explains what information helps us locate the content and review your request. We may remove content and take action against repeated infringement. This process does not limit any legal rights or remedies.
